I hate condoms? idk what to do ?

When I put on a condom, it does not turn me on. It feels so fake. When I take a condom off, and I'm a happy camper, hard all night banging and banging. I don't know what to do since I hate condoms and I don't want to get diseases or a girl pregnant. I already have two children from my previous marriage, how can I enjoy sex again without getting a girl pregnant n not knowing if she has diseases since I hate condoms?
