Why do we let this happen?

They are only the epitome of bigoted thinking. While God, considers homosexual acts to be abominations, I don't believe that He's in agreement with WBC's tactics. They certainly don't reflect the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. They really aren't any different than the KKK, or the vigilante mobs of the Victorian era.
