Call of Duty: Black Ops or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Multiplayer)?

The Perks and guns in Black Ops are much better balanced. I can't figure out what good any of the LMG's are, but on the whole, none of the guns or perks are overpowered, so you actually see a good variety of tactics and class layouts.
