I hate condoms? idk what 2 do?

When I put on a condom, it does not turn me on. It feels so fake. When I take a condom off, and I'm a happy camper, hard all night banging and banging. I don't know what to do since I hate condoms and I don't want to get diseases or a girl pregnant. I already have two children from my previous marriage, how can I enjoy sex again without getting a girl pregnant n not knowing if she has diseases since I hate condoms? I do want a relationship and the problem is that most girls do not want to be on birth control due to the side effects and their religious beliefs. I do not want a vascetomy since if a girl does not have children and she would like to have a kid someday. What should I do?
