Best Campground in Washington State?

I live in Olympia Washington, although i'd be willing to drive an hour or so if you know of a GREAT campsite. I'd like to know of the best side-by-side camp areas (the ones where your right next to other campers) and also the rather deserted ones that are pretty much in the middle of no-where. I've been to one of the deserted ones and it was awesome, there was NO-ONE around, no bathrooms or anything, but i cant remember what it was called! I'd also like to hear about the best ones to meet new people. Help? :)
