Can neighbor sue me for land survey cost?

Around 6 months ago I installed a picket fence between my property and my neighbors. At the time we both agreed where to put the fence. A month after he has a survey done and it shows that I am on his property in two spots about 6 inches but I'm also on my property in some areas 6 inches. My question is, what is their motive? On their website they said they they would never pray for a damned soul (aka "fag") but at the same time if a gay person came into their church, they would basically accept them with open arms and teach them "the right ways". They also said that Jesus didn't die for everyone, but rather just for his "sheep". So I'm confused. Call of Duty: Black Ops or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Multiplayer)?

I have both of these games, but I am a little torn between which multiplayer experience is better. In Modern Warfare 2, I like the weapons (especially the Sniper Rifles) and the killstreaks, but I feel like the maps are a bit too "camper-happy". Also, I really hate how grenade launchers can dominate an entire game, In Black Ops, I find that the weapons are dominated by Assault Rifles (In other words, assault rifles overpower all the other type of weapons - except for some submachine guns) and some killstreaks are kind of pointless (RC-XD), but I love the maps (Nuketown!)

Lone camper question?

Critical to my issue is me being a lone female (I only have one pair of hands). I want to try camping so have already purchased a small 2 man tent, stove, windbreak, portaloo etc. so can confine my JRT and myself. If the steel posts are from a residential chain link post they're both too small a diameter and too far apart to support an 8' tall fence. An 8' high privacy fence should have posts not more than 8' apart and in the ground deep enough to be below the frost line for your area. The three rail idea is perfect for an 8' tall fence. The problem really comes down to the wind load on a fence this high. Wet ground and a thunder storm could blow the fence over if the posts are too small, too far apart, or not deep enough.

This way, maybe he will shake his head yes or no on if your dog is sick. Or, you can hire a translator. I would say he is fine, but go to the vet if you want. Hi. My husband and I decided to take 6 kids camping with us and 2 of them were mine. The rest were my nieces aged from 6-13. My kids Lizzy age 2 and Maddie age 4 and my nieces Alayna age 6, Nicole age 10, Jaymee age 11 and Britney age 13. I am 28 myself and my husband is 29. We decided since Alayna, Nicole and Jaymee haven't seen Britney since 2009 (Britney moved, but shes moved back into the area) we would take them all camping, BAD IDEA. Well lets start from the begining, we were packing up for 1 weeks trip. All of that food, blankets, pillows, toys etc. We filled up 2 cars with all that stuff (we took 3 total). So we get all packed up and leave. Now Britney has never been camping before. As soon as we got up there Nicole, Jaymee and Britney went to the bathroom and complained about how dirty it was and was recording on the phone saying "the camp store is cleaner than those bathrooms". Then they were talking in hillbilly voices (ANNOYING) and wouldnt shut up while me and my husband were trying to put up our trailer tent. They were singing very loudly with hillbilly voices. Then all the little kids were throwing fits because some couldnt sit by Britney and blah blah blah (They did this alot). Then they argued over who got the tenis racket (we only ahd 3) and the younger kids were screaming and crying because the older kids wouldnt give them turns. So the next day we got the lil ones up at 6am and ate breakfast and went golfing (mini golfing) and i dont know why i wasted the 10$ on the older kids cuz they were being smarta$$es and using their hands (video recording it) and going on seperate courses cuz they didnt wanna wait for the lil ones. hey, umm, i dont know where to start from. I graduated my military school four months ago. I was planning to make money in the summer, and go to california to start my acting career. Whenever I watch or read programs about the fight for civil rights in the 1960's, they always portray people marching in support of school integration. My question is, did black people at that time really want to integrate public schools? I can vividly remember large groups picketing outside my school, but they were chanting "Hell, no - we won't go!" Meaning they did not want to leave their school. This confuses me. Compromising or Settling for a man... Serious Commentary Only?

I recently hung out with an old friend who is now engaged...GO GIRL!!! Yes, this was our screaming, slap happy moment after countless failed relationships and just BS in general. We're both almost 30 (28 to be exact), and with events like ten-year class reunions (to remind us we are not so young anymore-not OLD- but not young either) I personally have started reevaluating my benchmark goals. I was never the girl dreaming about her wedding ring...I dreamed about the first pair of Jimmy Choo's I'd wear to my first board meeting. I wanted to develop ME and be the best me before becoming one with someone else. Don't get me wrong, I did want the complete American dream with the $100K+/year career, house, husband, 2.5 children, dog, and brick red (not white, brick red) picket fence and eggshell/pearl Escalade. I've always been modest in what I want in a man as well as life. I do want to love him, get along with him, have fun with him, worship with him, and for the sake of pro-creating, be attracted to him physically. Living in Atlanta, Ga there are about 12 women for every one man; and with half the men here being homosexual, it's really like 24:1 women:men). The "straight" men have become a hot commodity, and they generally act as if they are oil. The result is the beautiful, successful, intelligent, and sweet women generally lower their standards, take abuse/mistreatment that should not be tolerated, are terribly insecure, and utterly desperate. Yet, there are some who find a balance. Like my friend who is now engaged. She admitted that typically, her fiance is not what she would go for, or what she necessarily WANTS, but she is adamant that when it comes to what she NEEDS in a man, he fits the bill. If she, formerly being so much more picky than I am, has settled, then I really don't know what my chances are finding what I want without having to settle. I don't expect Vin Diesel or Tyrese with money like Bill Gates and a sexual prowess that puts Casanova to shame - but I do expect most of what I want in a man and I should be most of what he wants. I would never want someone to settle for me because I was a safe bet - I actually want to be desired and wanted. I want to give my man the same. Yet, every woman I know that has recently married, or that is getting married, has had to lower her standards and give up on the notion of being in love. Especially in the minority community where a significant number of our young, fully equipped men are in prison, gay, addicted to drugs, and/or disheartedly unemployed quitters (those who won't try anymore). Is it a fairy tale to add "love" and "attraction" to the list that qualifies a potential mate; unrealistic to believe that every qualified, deserving woman will be able to find a qualified, deserving man? We just camped at Greenridge at Shadow Mtn Lake (between Lake Granby and Grand Lake) and it was really fun and cool. We were their with 2 friends and 2 dogs. Elevation was roughly 8500 ft. The tent sites were really close together. Can anyone give me some links or info on tentsites that are relatively inexpensive, secluded, wooded or shaded, 8000-10000 ft elevation, dogs ok, right on a stream or water body, and not able to see your camping neighbors every move? Dull complexion at age 20?

I smoked for a couple years a while back completely oblivious at the effect it was having on my skin specifically my face. Quit smoking and drank a lot of green tea ( I work for a green tea co, so easily 8-10 cups a day) the caffine in the tea ended up making me break out really bad, again, completely oblivious that it was the tea I thought it was stress or sugar. Finally figured it out and switched to caffine free... (Insult to injury, I first was worried about my lifeless skin, then moderate acne, now acne scars!) when acne cleared I went to the dermatologist and got a chemical peel to even the skin tone. Which helped a lot with skin tone and scaring, but I still feel that I'm quite pale... I exfoliate with a vitamin c scrub once a week, use a natural pomegrant softening toner, eye cream for my always tired looking eyes, and a vitamin c moisturzer with spf 30. I don't tan cuz I know how bad it is for skin and I feel like I'm basically doing everything right .. my sleeping schedule is pretty bad but I still get 7-8 hours of sleep and I eat healthy when I can ( not my choice my mom buys all the groceries so I don't have my pick of fresh veggies and fish) stopped taking hair skin and nail vitamins cuz I felt they weren't doing much. BTW, my skin tone is a really nice olive. I'm black Korean and white so its more of a tan light skinned black girl thing going on. My skin on the face just looks dull and lifeless no matter what I do and I know its from smoking, but I've been told that the skin has really amazing healing abilities, especially since I'm young. I plan on exersizing some more but I'm a pretty fit person as well. Sorry about the rant but I'm pretty confused as to what else I need to do here. Oh and its been like 7-8 months since I quit smoking.
