Can I connect my phone to my iPad?

So my family goes camping a lot and we have a really nice camper. I'm getting an iPad around the beginning of July. My phone is an android, so it has 3G wherever I go. If I got Netflix on my phone, is there a way I can connect my phone to my iPad 2 and watch netflix on there? I have us cellular so I can't get a 3G iPad 2. I just need something to watch while I'm trying to sleep.
