HELP PLEASE! ANSWER THIS QUESTION?

My son has a 14 year old friend, she is an AMAZING singer. She can sing anything. She is truly fantastic. She puts famous multi-millionaire singers to shame. She is Korean. She speaks great english and has only been here for a year. Who can we speak to or send a demo to get her started on a career? I wish I could send a file in some sort of way for you to hear her she is truly amazing.
