What is this movie?? please help!!?

it seemed like it was from the 90s. some guy (he was an actor on scrubs i think) is a crazy person who breaks into a girls house and kills everybody but the girl hides. when the guy leaves in his camper, the girl follows him and goes back to his house. he holds her captive a long with another little girl. they cant leave cause he has dogs that gaurd the house. they manage to call the cops but when they do, they find out the crazy guy is actually a cop and he comes after them. also i remeber apart about the girl being around some wolves. i saw it on fearnet a couple of years ago and it was an awesome movie.
